- Nearly all buys are ROS, meaning run-of-schedule and Monday thru Friday only. Spots run from 6 a.m. EST to Midnight EST. It doesn’t make sense with satellite radio to try to anchor your spot in a prime drive time, for instance. Why? Because when it is prime time in New York City, Los Angeles is still asleep! Think of it this way… it’s always prime time on Sirius, somewhere.
- You can buy just weekends or add weekends to your schedule. Listenership is greatly reduced on weekends.
- You may be able to buy spots to appear in certain shows in talk or sports, and you may be able to have show talents live read your ad. Live reads are 60 seconds and cost more than a 60 second recorded spot.
